No More Sugar

I don't really calculate how much Sugar I eat a day but considering the fact that I drink 3 cups of coffee per day I can assume it's way more than I actually need in my body and I am talking about refined sugar which is not good for our body. So since I found out my body weight has been on the rise I had to take some drastic steps to ensure I don't get too far down that I can't recover. So yes I have cut down 90% of my sugar intake. I say 90% because I have set a chest date for me every week.

Yes, it would have been better if I had no sugar every day but I know myself and I know that's not possible. It has just been two days and my body is already craving Sugar. So I have set a Cheat Day when I will have my beverages with some Sugar in them and that date is Sunday of each Week. I know myself very well and I know for a fact that I can't go without sugar forever at least not for mow. So I will have to reduce my Sugar Intake. Let's see how things go for 10 days and depending on my cravings I may have to make some adjustments to my Cheat Meals.
