Never Underestimate Yourself !
Today I am going to tell You a Mantra that you should keep telling yourself Thrice a Day.
You are Strong
Yes that's the Mantra. Never Underestimate Yourself as you are capable of doing Wonders. You just have to tap into your Inner Powers.
You are Perfectly capable of doing all the Things the Person next to you is Doing. The only difference between You and the Person next to you is the Level of Confidence you have in Yourself.
Confidence is the Key to Success.
You must have heard or read that Line several Times in your Life. But building your Confidence is not an Easy task. I know that because I did hit Rock Bottom once and I had to Fight Hard within Myself to get my Confidence Back.
So stop thinking that You can't do it.
Just Do It.

Very true. What often prevents us from reaching the next level is the lack of belief that we can make it. I lack confidence a lot in the past. I am getting better but it is still a journey. One thing which helps me daily is visualization. I visualize goals I want to reach for about 5 minutes. It puts me in this exciting state where I am more convinced that I can achieve anything. thanks for reminder :)

I have heard that Phrase Before can't really think where.
