Mango Chutney Recipe
I love Raw Mangoes and I kinda hate Ripe Mangoes at the same time. I have my reasons and talking about that is a topic for another day. But since it's time to eat Raw Mangoes I just had to make a small Mango Chutney at home.
Making it is quite easy and you only need a handful of ingredients. First of all, add some oil to a pan, and once it gets to heat add in some mustard seeds. Once the mustard seeds pop add in diced onions and diced mango cubes to the mix. Add in a variety of spices according to your taste, I like it spicy so I added extra chili and black pepper to it. Simmer the mixture at a low flame until the mixture turns amalgamas. That's it and your Mango Chutney is ready to eat.
I would suggest to eat the Mango Chutney as a condiment and eat it with either rice or anything else.
