I Baked Some Rasogullas
Let me tell you this interesting yet simple recipe that I just learned and tried. The dish is called Baked Rasogulla and as the name suggests it's just Rasogullas that are baked. Let me tell you how I came to know about such a dish. I and my Mom both have distant tastes when it comes to youtube videos and so obviously our recommended videos are going to be different as well. For some reason, my Mom's YouTube page wasn't opening and when I checked her mobile I saw this recipe pop up on the first page. So yeah that's where the interest came from so let's see how I prepared it in the home.
First and foremost we have to go and get some Rasogullas from the Sweets shop as making them is hard. Next, you need some Khoya Kheer which is kinda like Condensed Milk and some milk. You can also add some spices to make it flavored, in my case I had some Elaichis at home so I skipped that.
So for starters, we need to squeeze all the syrup out of the Rasogullas, while we do that we can heat up some milk in a pan and add the Khoya Kheer and Elaichis to the mix just so you can make flavored condensed milk. I am using Elaichis but you can use whatever spice you want. The next step is simply to put all the squeezed Rasogullas in a Baking Pan and also add in the Flavoured Milk we made in the tray and Microwave it for like 6-10 mins depending on the consistency. In my case, I did not have a Microwave Tray so I used Aluminium Foil. BTW this was my first try and it tasted amazing, you can also add some sugar if you like it sweet.
