Let's have some exchange talk.
So what exchange do you guys prefer.
I for once have two priorities when it comes to Exchanges.
I use Bittrex and Binance as my main Exchanges.

Now some of you might grind me for using Bittrex but believe it or not it is one of the Finest exchanges.
Ofcourse everyone has their issues and Bittrex had their fair share of Issues too.

My second Choice is Binance for several reasons.
First of all Binance is very Fork friendly meaning you will get your Forked Coin with ease.
Secondly it pays dividends like it pays GAS for holding NEO in the exchange.
Finally it has it's own token which allows users to cut through half of their transaction fees.

Now there is another Exchange that I have been a find of lately which is Kucoin.
I like this exchange because it's quite similar to Binance.
It has it's own token named Kucoin Shares.
It pays you daily Dividends for holding their token.

So these are the three Exchanges I am currently trading on.
Although I am interested in the Upcoming Robinhood Exchange.
I will make a post about Robinhood Exchange later.
Stay tuned for that.
See you guys in my next Post.

Sort:

None of the named can have you sleep well. Because these still are the "single point of failure"

The future is decentralized !

Exchanges including.

And this theft is a good lesson for anyone who cares about his crypto coins.

Ofcourse I like Dex a lot better than Centralized exchanges but right now there is no Dex that allows crypto to Fiat conversions.

Crypto <<>> FIAT will not come any day soon. First, we need to see a true any-crypto <>any-crypto type DEX, then comes the FIAT as phase two. It will be not an easy task, as whenever FIAT is involved, the regulations from FIAT world "commanders" will be unavoidable.
Tough job, long journey, but worth to try, to start.

Have you heard about ETHOS?

I haven't gone through it's whitepaper yet but I heard it is aiming for a Multicryptowallet with Fiat Gateways.

my favorite is binance and I used to be on bittrex but I had to much issues so I completly moved to binance and I love it that you can pay fees with bnb.
they have one big downside and it irritates me a lot.
the amount of dust I have is just ridiculous and for those who don't know, dust is when you have just a bit of a coin left that you can't sell because you need a whole coin.
i hate as I have a lot of them, I hope they'll come up with a solution because sometimes it's a lot of money. I have 0.99 eos stuck but thats 14 usd that's not nothing

my second second favorite is kucoin.
they have a lot of coins and add new ones every week

That is a problem with almost all exchanges. Even Bittrex has that same problem of Dust you mentioned.

That's just the price of doing Business with them they will always try to maximize their own profits. Low volume transactions are not that profitable.

This is an interesting and worthy explanation. thanks for the explanation my brother @arunava. I will look forward to your next posting

Thanks a lot for your visit.

I hope I will be able to please everyone with my Upcoming Posts.

I really like binance, By the way I just did a post were I Talked about Raiblocks and if it will go to the Moon, Would be really happy if you checked it out. I liked yours!

Of course I will check it out first thing in the Morning

Bittrex and Binance are also the exchanges I use the mist.
I also have to use Bitfinex for my IOTAS.

For Fiat money I use bitstamp.
All in all I have no problems!

So you are an IOTA guy.

Hehe

Got exposed.

Binance is a sure bet ... And Kucoin i guess

It's very tempting for me to buy Kucoin Shares.

They payout daily Dividends. Even though they are of small amounts you just can't ignore free stuff.

Yes, every Passive Income stream is welcome :D
And I believe that these exchange coins are going to take off this year... I will have a look at decentralized platforms, too. Guess they are the future.
What do you think?

Yes, Decentralized exchanges are the next Big thing but the thing that they are lacking is a means to provide a Gateway between Crypto and fiat.

If a certain platform comes that is providing Crypto to Fiat conversions and is Decentralised.
I am going all in on that.

Yeah... I absolutely agree! So do I!

I have to agree with @onealfa and add that you should never ever store anything in a centralized exchange. You need to store any of your tokens in a wallet where you have control of your private keys. Examples of losses on centralized exchanges are Mt Gox, recently the largest hack ever on Coincheck. I personally had Bter hold a lot of my BTS for approx a year. I've learned to use Central Exchanges as a quick flowthrough.

I believe in Hardware Wallets.

I have been trying to get my hands on a Ledger Nano S but currently it's not available in India.

And since I am always on the move ordering from outside India could become a hassle for me.

very informative
