EV Markets are Heating Up

Can you really believe it Xiaomi is getting into Electronic Vechiles, when I heard the news I was really skeptical about it but slowly I saw all the articles and I calmed down. Now that I have calmed down I feel like if and I say IF because Xiaomi has only announced that they will get into EV's and announcing and actually manufacturing EV's are two different things. It will be a huge step for Xiaomi and possibility of more companies joining the EV Market.

Cars are not as simple as Smartphones when it comes to their servicing that is a strenuous job to handle. I believe some Automobile Company recently tweeted at Apple saying that Stay away from Cars as it's a 10 year Servicing story and not some 1 year deal that you change every Year and I feel it is quite true.

When we encounter some problem with our smartphone we go to the store and they wish wash some technical stuff and more than less everytime we end up paying more than what might have been covered by warranty. But in case if Cars they most definitely can't do the same and they will have to provide Customer Care with par to their competitors whether it is EV based or Fuel based.

I want to cite an example from India and it is none other than Maruti Suzuki who has one of the worst safety features when you compare it to other competitors but what they do have is proper pricing and Service Centers at each turning if the road. They provide Customer Support fully until you sell your Car so naturally people steer to these companies while even though some Car Companies are offering better quality and better safety features, their market share is very low.

So I really wish Xiaomi brings their EV to the market and give us awesome Customer Support as well, because the note competition arises in a sector the better it is for us common people as we will get better deals.
