Artskills : Plant animal (full body bunny) - colouring pencil & posca pens :)

Hello again!

I wanted to do more with the plant bunny drawing because bunnies are my favourite animal to draw at the moment! I think I will develop this bunny character and do more posts with more drawings for a bit :) I'd like to make this into a little character and make some friends for them! But at the moment I will focus on the bunny.

I did a full body drawing this time! Which was a little bit daunting as I'm not too confident in my abilities with this, but I feel that it went well.

Above is the finished drawing! I'm so pleased with how it turned out :) the colouring is a little bit messy at certain parts but otherwise I'm pretty happy with it. I'll be redrawing this and adding other little drawings in my next post.

I have continued with the same colour palette; dark green, light green, purple and pink in this drawing too, I like the consistency. As I was doing a full body drawing, there was less focus on the face- so I added some little leaves and branches around and on the bunny to make it a bit more interesting and less plain.

I think next time I might personify (humanify??? make it look more human like haha) the bunny at some point too :) I like drawing people with bunny hats!

Here is my initial base layer sketch too! I usually use pink colouring pencils for this, but I noticed it doesn't pick up as well on camera, so I will change to red or a darker pink next time so the drawing is a bit easier to see.
