The Importance Of Up Voting New Steemains

Do you ever feel like your posts have gone unrecognised? maybe in the beginning when you first started but with more than a million accounts on steemit.com it's getting a little harder.

I still have posts that don't get many upvotes and at a level 58 reputation that is a bit discouraging for me, I keep battling through and keep steeming, not for the upvotes anymore but more for the love of been here on steemit.

We all face the possibility of not get any upvotes I take that into mind while writing this post but what if the newcomers don't upvote our posts?

If we didn't have new users then steemit would have nothing fresh to offer, the steem platform would be worth little to nothing.
We need to face the facts that we are all investors in steem, we all mine by blogging and upvoting and the price of steem goes up and down by the day due to how many people want it.
If a new user came to steemit with a $1000 and though about placing that into steem power but to test the water they placed a few blogs on here and nobody upvoted them, would they invest their $1000.
I know I wouldn't I would see the platform and investing as a waste of time.

Steemit blogs take time to build up and is no get rich scheme, but why not help the new users?

I often see just like many of you do new steemains coming to the platform and use image and words from 3rd party places, we all know that this happens and then the flags get raised and they are quickly getting no returns for their waste of times.

I like to check people's work before up voting unless I have followed them because i have seen their track record, but every time I go to upvote someone new I always check.

A great place for you guys to check is google reverse image search if your using chrome on your computer it is as simple as right clicking and clicking on search google for image.

This gives you a great was to check to see if anybody has taken an image from another place.

I am all for the newcomers, i have started my upvote a newcomer posts that i am trying to do everyday, I like to see what new stuff people are bringing on to the platform.

My upvote a newcomer posts have given me confidence with the replies I get from them i am supporting, it makes me want to do more for the community and I feel strongly about what i am doing.
