BBQ Pulled pork sarnie with onion rings photography. something yum for your tum
Today I made pulled pork sandwiches for tea for me and the misses, it is one of my all time favourites and I tend to have one at least once a month.
I started with the remains of my pork I had for my tea last night, this was a shoulder joint. I had left it to cool for an hour and popped it in the fridge.
I warmed it up in the oven for about 50 minutes while I made a tomato and cucumber salsa.
Once my pork was piping hot in the middle I added BBQ sauce to it and popped it back in the oven to make it go sticky.
I got some sub-style bread cakes and once the meat was cooked I started to load this bad boy up.
What makes these amazing are the toppings of the onion rings. i had two of these and I had eaten them in seconds my wife says that one day I am going to make my self ill. haha.
