[Adult] Victims of Vaccine Damage Can Now Sue Manufacturers in the US
...but you cannot sue for damage to children or to a pregnant woman - for them you must go to the Vaccinations Court.

Short answer: Under certain conditions, yes.
Note: I’m not framing this article as professional legal advice. I’m reporting what I’ve been able to dig up on a very explosive issue so far. I’ve communicated with two lawyers and a law professor. I’ve been pointed to an important passage on a federal web page.
Right now, lawyers and their clients are suing Merck, the manufacturer, for injuries incurred from Merck’s shingles vaccine, Zostavax.
Among the claimed injuries: contracting shingles; blindness in one eye; partial paralysis; brain damage; death.
One of the plaintiffs’ attorneys told me he has already filed two cases in California. Each case has 50 plaintiffs. He states he has 5000 clients waiting in the wings. There are other attorneys with other plaintiffs.
But wait. Isn’t there a federal law that bars people from suing vaccine manufacturers?

Yes. And it is difficult, initially, to distinguish an infant puppy brain from neurological damage setting-in from vaccinations. [I am an anti-vaxxer and against pharmaceutical drugs for over 40 years now!!] I don't know why "I fell for the dog vaccination b.s.". However, when he passed the 6 months of age, and was not able to focus or respond to me... I realized there was something wrong. My dog was demonstrating autistic behaviours!!! When notices started coming from the Vet for the "next set of vaccinations" I ceased vaccinating him. Instead, I fed him a lot of chlorella, and oatbran, and calcium / magnesium to remove /absorb the toxins out of his system. It took about 1 year after that for me to establish simple eye contact with him, and have him respond to simple commands. He's much more responsive now, and listens when I talk to him (instead of his head rolling around and exhibiting little or no consciousness in that little brain). Though still obstinant sometimes, I think that's par for the course with some animals (not just for humans LOL).

Unfortunately, the statute of limitations is 3 years for Vaccine Court, which is where adult flu shot victims have been compensated (since the flu shot is also recommended for children). It's a TERRIBLE system. Most people don't find out that the compensation system even exists until years after that statute of limitations is up.
