Do not come to Transcarpathia in winter. At least in non-mountain cities. There is warm winter here. The temperature is about 0 degrees. Snow sometimes happens. But snow does not lie long. It turns into dirt.
In Transcarpathia it is elegant at any time of the year except for the winter. It is good that the winter is short here.
Не приїздіть на Закарпаття зимою. Принаймі у не гірські міста. Тут тепла зима. Температура приблизно 0 градусів. Сніг іноді буває. Але сніг довго не лежить. Він перетворюється у бруд.
На Закарпатті шикарно у будь яку пору року окрім зими. Добре що зима тут коротка.

I've always wanted to experience snow. Hopefully I'll come to Ukraine when things turn out good for me.
I surely will be bringing my gloves and sweaters along :)

В этом году везде такая, без снега, хотя сейчас у нас за окном снегопад.
я колись в "Поляницю" ,здається, їздив на лижі. то вже таки за перевалом. словом точно памятаю, що таки на Закарпатській стороні) норм там сніг лежав у березні. я ще носом заорав - перший раз катався. то там типу така "стежка" шириною десь 1,5 м була з мазуту і мокрого снігу - після того трактора що сніг рівняє... ото туди я носом і заорав. класна суміш..(((
