Ito po ang luto ng Nanay ko na ginataang mongo. Hinaloan din po ito ng talbos ng alugbati at dahon ng malunggay. Linagyan rin po ito ng gata ng niyog para maging lalong masarap. Ito po kalimitang ulan ng mga komon ng Pilipino. Yung hnidi masyadong mahirap and mayaman. Maraming nag luluto nito kasi kahit hindi ka gumastos ay marami ang maluluto mo at maraming makaka-kain ng ulam nato.
