What if you could take a moment each day and remind yourself that you are grateful? If you could really imagine doing that with just five minutes of your time per day, wouldn't you feel a little lighter, a little more refreshed?


I'm going to show you how to be grateful with very little time. It's really easy, and it will change your life. You don't have to be an expert at anything to practice gratitude. The easiest thing you can do right now is to simply find something to be grateful for. When you feel like you are lacking something, instead of trying to find it, just focus on the feeling of being grateful for what you already have.

What does this mean? Well, everything in this world comes with a cause. Whether it's that big teddy bear you inherited that keeps bringing you joy every time you see it or that great relationship you have with that person you love, every moment of your life has an underlying cause. So, when you look at the things that are happening around you, always find something to be grateful for.

Some of the most important things in life are free things. They come with no strings attached and they make you feel better, both physically and emotionally. Take time each day to think about the things in your life that you would like to get more of. Think about the things that make you laugh or cry or give you pleasure. Think about the simple joys that come along with enjoying those things.

Next, start looking for the smaller things. Whether you're grateful for the simple pleasure of eating dinner at a restaurant or being able to take a short nap during the day, these little things can quickly add up to big things. Look for opportunities to do something different every day. Even if it's working out in the middle of the night, taking a hike in the park or getting together with friends at the local hang out are all ways to be grateful for the small blessings in life. Don't let this go unnoticed or get swept under the rug. Make sure that you continue to do the things that made you happy before the big change occurred or you might lose track of all that you were grateful for.


Finally, be grateful for your current situation. There will always be times in your life when you are down and you feel like you are falling down. However, just remember where you are and what you are thankful for right now. There is always a chance to bounce back. Chances are that down days will make you stronger. Staying grateful will help you do that.
