Effects of Anxiety on Performance

Can anxiety affect on performance? The answer is almost no. This is especially true if you are able to control your symptoms. But, there are some conditions that are known to cause anxiety such as post-traumatic stress disorder and severe panic attacks.

For those who experience chronic stress such as acute stress, the effects of anxiety may be more dramatic on their performance than if they were not stressed. For some people with chronic levels of anxiety, it can affect their social lives and ability to manage their work as well. Such people may even be affected by their fear of not being successful.

It is important for us to understand that there are many kinds of anxiety and social anxiety disorders. In order to be fully aware of the effects of anxiety, a person must look at the whole spectrum of anxiety from mild, moderate and severe.

There are also good effects and bad effects. If the effects are not harmful, you should be aware that your mind will feel better. However, if the effects are really bad, this means that your mind will not be able to think clearly and you will feel like your ability to handle situations is decreasing.

Not all anxiety is bad, but those people who suffer from anxiety disorders often have problems with themselves. They will often feel a lack of self-confidence and will take the opposite approach. Their physical appearance may suffer as well. This is not to say that you cannot be happy without your condition but it will take you some time to get there.



Some people do not have any bad effects when they are suffering from anxiety. However, the amount of your stress may be too much for you to handle. With excessive anxiety, your body will not function well, this can actually lead to depression and panic attacks. The good effects of anxiety include good concentration and high levels of energy. High levels of energy can help you in performing tasks. However, if your body is using so much energy it will produce heavy breathing. Therefore, if you need to perform a task or just need to focus you need to avoid this form of anxiety.

However, if your body is under anxiety, your energy levels will drop. This means that you will not be able to focus and perform well. This is not good for you. If you are feeling an attack coming on, make sure that you relax so that you do not ruin your performance
