In this video I talk about why it's important to talk yourself up. We often tend to look at the negative parts of ourselves and this can be a good thing as long as it's not taken to far. In doing these, it's easy for us to forget all of the positives parts of us. Talking yourself up is a great way of reminding yourself about the things you're good at and what you've done.
