China wants to solve the Rohingya crisis?

China's Foreign Minister Wang-e-Rohingya has announced plans to resolve the crisis in three steps. Wang is now in the capital of Naples to attend the Asem conference in Myanmar. He talked with the government of Myanmar about this plan.

He also explained this plan to Bangladesh government during his visit to Dhaka. He said, through dialogue, a plan acceptable to both neighboring countries, Myanmar and Bangladesh can solve the current crisis.

Rakhine offers a quick ceasefire

According to Chinese government news agency Xinhua, Mr. Wang has proposed a ceasefire in Rakhine in the first phase of his plan. It has been said that the law and order situation in the area must be maintained so that Rohingya do not have to go elsewhere.

But the Chinese Rohingyas who are refugees in this Chinese plan, have not spoken directly to their return.

Dialogue between all parties

Xinhua said, in the second phase of the Chinese plan, all the parties in this crisis and the international community have been asked to continue the negotiation process, to resolve the crisis on 'equitable and harmoniously'.

Rakhine development proposal

In the third step of the Chinese plan, the proposal for development of Rakhine has been kept. It says the Rakhain state is full of natural resources. But the trend of development has stopped there. The Chinese plan has also been asked to support the international community for the development of Rakhine.

Chinese media have claimed that behind this plan both the Myanmar and Bangladesh governments have support. However, the statement of the government of Bangladesh alone can not be known in this regard.
