Bangladesh-Myanmar Memorandum of Understanding signed in Rohingya Rebels

According to sources, Foreign Minister Mahmud Ali and Myanmar State Councilor's Office Minister Kia Pyra Soei held a long meeting yesterday and discussed a lot about the Rohingya Reinstatement Agreement. Alongside, Foreign Secretary Shahidul Haque held a meeting with Myanmar officials. Although the details of the agreement were not known, the sources said that Bangladesh has proposed the date and time for United Nations to complete the repatriation process of Rohingya. Under the agreement, a joint working group will be formed in coordination with the officials of the two countries. This working group will complete the repatriation process in the field of Rohingya. In addition to the Foreign Secretary in Bangladesh delegation led by Foreign Minister, Bangladesh Ambassador to Myanmar Sufiur Rahman, Prime Minister's Office and Home Ministry officials are there. Foreign Minister will hold a meeting with Myanmar's official chief, State Councilor Aung San Suu Kyi. Under the agreement, two hundred 40 thousand Rohingya returned within six months.
