I hope you are all happy and safe. Today I wanted to share the next food diary game with you. I'll show you how my food diary game was set up on November 24th and what foods I added to my meals.
Breakfast
For breakfast I had my usual cup of tea mixed with ginger and sugar with kokis. Kokis are a staple of the New Year's table.
Lunch
For lunch I prepared chilli, dhal and mackerel with rice. It was a little harsher than I thought.
Ingredients needed to prepare lunch
🔹Rice
🔹Dhal
🔹Capsicums
🔹Maldive Fish
🔹Chilli spices
🔹Salt powder
🔹Turmeric powder
🔹Garlic
🔹Coconut milk
I prepared the capsicums by spreading the chillies in the middle and adding the mackerel and chopped onions. Then the taste became even more delicious.
For dessert I added ice cream that day.
Dinner
I prepared noodles for dinner that day.
Ingredients required
🔹 A packet of noodles
🔹 An egg
🔹Onions
🔹Pepper powder
🔹 Beans
🔹 Leeks
🔹 Curry leaves
First I chopped the peppers, onions, beans and leeks. Then I boiled the noodles in hot water for about 3 minutes. Then I put a saucepan on the stove and fried the vegetables and the egg. Then I put the boiled noodles on top of the egg and mixed it with the vegetables.
