Progetto scolastico - La festa dei colori- /// School Project - Party of colors [ITA/ENG]

Come sapete, oltre a dipingere, da insegnante mi anche occupo di progetti artistici e culturali, sia con l'associazione culturale "i colori della vita" che all'interno del mio istituto scolastico dove lavoro.
Questo mi porta ad avere contatti frequenti con altre istituzioni, colleghi e esperti del settore ed artisti di ogni categoria.

Oggi condivido un mio piccolo contributo, aperto a qualsiasi iniziativa di altri Steemians, si tratta di progetto didattico svolto con i bambini dell'asilo.

Qualche giorno prima della chiusura dell'anno scolastico, fa una delegazione di maestre, è venuta nella sede centrale della mia scuola "IC. Montessori" per parlarmi di un'iniziativa.
La maestra responsabile del plesso scolastico (un asilo) in occasione della festa di fine anno scolastico, mi propone di fare un happening artistico con 70 bambini!
-Bene!- ho risposto, con entusiasmo -quante settimane ho per organizzare il tutto?-
lei di risposta -tre giorni!-
ed io ho dentro di me ho pensato -dannazione! E' pazzesco!-
Cerco di prendere tempo e le chiedo altre notizie sul progetto flash ... e lei mi spiega che hanno già comprato 70 piccole tele per 70 bambini e vogliono farli dipingere, come dei piccoli artisti, davanti ai loro genitori, nonni, parenti, amici e affini!

Spiego loro che non è possibile perché i bimbi di 4/5 anni hanno senza alcun dubbio tutte le prerogative artistiche, ma per esternarle, devono essere liberi di esprimersi, soprattutto giocando e divertendosi tra loro e mi sembrava troppo impegnativo dipingere un quadretto basato su canoni didattico-educativi già strutturati.

Spiego loro che inoltre, il mio ruolo di coordinatore e creativo in una manifestazione di due ore, sarebbe stato completamente inutile perché non avrei avuto il tempo necessario per aiutare 70 bambini a dipingere, provate a immaginare un'attività artistica con una didattica a 70 bambini dai quattro ai cinque anni!

Da considerare anche il fatto che non ci sarebbe stato alcun coinvolgimento per le famiglie e parentele varie, distaccate, sedute lontano a guardare i piccoli dipingere ognuno per se stesso, e soprattutto di spalle, come fanno gli artisti.
La responsabile allora mi dice -abbiamo già comprato le tele e cosa ci facciamo?--Niente-, rispondo -usatele l'anno prossimo-.

Allora ho pensato che ci volesse qualcosa di veloce e divertente, ma anche di educativo e di coinvolgente anche per le famiglie.
-Ora ,cosa invento?"-

Il giorno dopo convoco le maestre e le convinco nel provare a fare un lavoro collettivo, dove entrano in gioco altri fattori educativi importanti per i bambini della scuola dell'infanzia. La soluzione era quella di pensare un laboratorio didattico-artistico lontano dalla maniera tradizionale di tipo trasmissivo, (io insegno e tu dipingi) per bimbi piccoli non è indicato, ma una nuova didattica laboratoriale moderna, efficace, con metodo operativo basato su fattori ludici, con un sistema imperniato sulla scoperta, come conquista e apprendimento.

Noi avevamo uno spazio laboratorio meraviglioso, il cortile e il giardino della scuola dell'infanzia, grande, libero e ricco di suggestioni creative, dovevamo solo equipaggiarlo con la nostra fantasia e creatività.

Faccio acquistare due lunghi rotoli di cartone di oltre 10 metri e li stendiamo lungo il cortile, con piatti di plastica e molti colori atossici a disposizione sul terreno.
Tutti i bambini adorano giocare sul pavimento e anche io!
Per terra i bambini si sentono più liberi di esprimersi di giocare e di comunicare e di interagire gli uni con gli altri, è niente altro che il primo esempio di cooperative learning in un laboratorio artistico dove la lezione frontale viene capovolta lasciando spazio alla scoperta, all'imparare giocando, conoscendosi e riconoscendosi nell'attività.

Vi dico soltanto che il mio capo di Istituto mi ha lasciato libero di vestirmi come volevo, e allora scalzo e in pantaloncini, ho convinto le maestre (soprattutto le mamme) a non far vestire i bambini da festa adottando dei grembiulini di plastica. LOL

Anche il mio Capo di Istituto si è messa a dipingere con le mani insieme ai bambini!

-Good!- I answered, with enthusiasm -how many weeks do I have to organize everything?-

and I have inside of me I thought -damn it! It's crazy!-
I try to take time and ask her for more news on the flash project ... and she explains that they have already bought 70 small canvases for 70 children and want them to paint, like little artists, in front of their parents, grandparents, relatives, friends and related!

I explain to them that it is not possible because the 4/5 year old children undoubtedly have all the artistic prerogatives, but to externalize them, they must be free to express themselves, especially playing and having fun with each other and it seems too challenging to paint a square based on canons didactic-educational already structured.

I explain to them that my role as coordinator and creative in a two-hour event would have been completely useless because I would not have had the time to help 70 children to paint, try to imagine an artistic activity with 70 children four to five years!

Moreover, to consider that there would not be any involvement for families and kinships, detached, sitting away to watch the little ones paint each for himself, and especially shoulders, as artists do.
The manager then tells me -we have already bought the canvases and what do we do?- -Nothing-, I answer -use it next year-.

So I thought it would take something quick and fun, but also educational and engaging for families too.
-Now, what do I invent? "-

The next day I summon the teachers and convince them to try to do a collective work, where other important educational factors for the children of the kindergarten come into play. The solution was to think of an educational-artistic workshop far from the traditional transmission type, (I teach and you paint) for small children is not indicated, but a new modern laboratory teaching, effective, with an operative method based on playful factors, with a system based on discovery, as conquest and learning.

We had a wonderful laboratory space, the courtyard and the garden of the nursery school, large, free and full of creative suggestions, we only had to equip it with our imagination and creativity.

I buy two long rolls of cardboard over 10 meters and spread them along the courtyard, with plastic dishes and many non-toxic colors available on the ground.
All the kids love to play on the floor and me too!
On the ground the children feel more free to express themselves to play and to communicate and interact with each other, it is nothing but the first example of cooperative learning in an artistic laboratory where the frontal lesson is turned upside down, leaving room for discovery, all 'learning by playing, knowing and recognizing oneself in the activity.

I only tell you that my head of the Institute has left me free to dress as I wanted, and then barefoot and in shorts, I convinced the teachers (especially mothers) not to dress up the party children by adopting plastic aprons. LOL

Poi ho iniziato a prendere il colore con le dita e poi con le mani ... i bambini inizialmente sembravano curiosi ... ma poi si sono resi conto che era iniziata la festa dei colori.
inoltre, la percezione tattile rafforzata sulla manipolazione, è di primaria importanza per i bambini e li aiuta a conoscere il soggetto e a sentirsi in un modo diverso e creativo.

A terra i bambini sono a loro agio è ancora il loro ambiente naturale, questo senso di libertà favorisce il gioco, l'apprendimento e l'esperienza formativa.
Io scalzo, e in pantaloncini sono stato molto felice di essere come loro!

On the ground the children are at ease is still their natural environment, this sense of freedom favors play, learning and training experience.

Vedremo nella seconda parte del mio blog come è proseguito il progetto lampo "la festa dei colori".
Dopo averli trascinati via da rotoli colorati e dai colori (non volevano staccarsi dall'attività) le insegnanti li hanno portati a lavarsi le mani.
Le mamme non erano molto felici a causa dei loro vestiti molto astratti, ma loro, i mini-artisti erano contentissimi!
