EOS token claiming Issue

Hey y'all.. i purchased some EOS tokens through metamask/EOS distribution app. I am having trouble claiming my tokens. I saw the other posts related to this and also some videos, but no luck. I feel that i am missing something. Please help. Thanks.

P.S. i had to use a VPN to access the EOS token purchase.
