Why hardly to Grow up kkmusic scence

Greetings all steem-ians , hope ya'all doin well ... since i've been busy lately this month but i keep maintaining to sharing my content even slowly a bit.

LET'S START

Okay here is it what i'm wanna talk about , today my word mark will be only music scence at kota kinabalu only because i grown up to play music at here. Since i'am not a theorycal guy to study music yet my background family not into a underground musical thingy thats why i hate about it , mostly of my family only see a glory side of musician but they didn't see how struggle before musician are.

WHY HARDLY GROW UP KOTA KINABALU MUSIC SCENCE

If no musician there's no organizer , if no organizer but musician still exist. I'm saying it as a logically and practically experienced in my lifetime... existence ORGANIZER is the most important part of musician history if non of them then there's no platform for a band/musician to achieve their dream.

NO UNITY

Kota kinabalu scence is divided example audience metal for metal , jazz only jazz , indie for indie , traditional only for the older.. each other bashing themselves talking pros and cons about other genre.. how could this happen? 'MENTALITY'
GREED is the poison of everything for example;

Organizer run a show calling up a band but no token.. it doesn't mean token as a money $$$ but atleast something to fund them maybe a food/ hospitality or ticket.

Band/musician some of them already reach higher level but still greedy to compete in any battle of the bands / live performance . I don't say it's a wrong thing because 'competition' we must compete to win for it but .. how about for a newbie? since last a 90's born , there's a little 98,99,2000 and so on create a band i mean a real band to play their own songs.. sorry since i'm strictly for originality band ... only them i willingly to help/discover them out.

PUNCUALITY

Even a bigger name HUJAN BAND keep their puncuality , why not us too right?

I know not only in kk but it becomes trending/normal thing about bad puncuality and it will soon from generation to generation continuing all these drama's.

LACK OF YOUTH TO COME AND SEE LOCAL BANDS

this is the biggest reason why our music scence lack of it.
some of organizers put ticket too much pricey also the reason.
based on ratio of audience most actively at gigs around 15-25 years old , above than that some of them only go to see their favourite band only and some of them rather to see highlight or live stream from their friends only

LACK OF QUANTITY ALSO LACK OF QUALITY

Mostly of band wanna play a slot but some of them suprisingly don't even practice/study tempo
prefer copycat a riff example there's some a band more prefer to band The strokes influence but they don't do something different and still wanna copy 99.99999% same as they want.

QUALITY AND KNOWLEDGE OF RECORDING

Some of sound engineers are really good and some of them are good too but also bad , basically i know this thing much more before i go to play a band but i didn't declare myself as a sound engineer but only just for knowledge to makes more easier interact with proven sound engineer in arranging/composition/mastering/balancing thingy.
as a band , much more better if all lineup have a knowledge or skill to understand about logically recording or atleast one of them understand about it.
sound engineer also need to understand each band have their own style mixing , for sure a metal drum kick are not suitable for pop music kick right? just a simple logic everyone with a single click to understand.
So is a must for us as a band to learn about metronome/amp tone/guitar tone/vocal range.
