One of the dishes that I have captured here is a typical Indonesian dish, namely milkfish with red gravy seasoning. To make a special dish like this is indeed a little difficult. because a lot of herbs have to be collected and ground and mashed
Although in general these special dishes can be done by everyone, but only a few can do perfectly
The ingredients used to make seasonings like this are :
- Red chili
- Tomato,
- Red ginger
- turmeric and black pepper
- and several fragrance leaves

Boiled chicken eggs are one of the most easy side dishes done by everyone. Just boil it in boiling water for a few minutes and it's ready to be served
But some people present this boiled egg as a side dish when drinking coffee. hmm weird and unique, of course, but this is what happened here
