I hope that all of you are doing well. I am also doing well, Alhamdulillah, and I wish you well. We are having a lot of rain here and the weather has become lovely. In the past few days, it has been scorching, and even now my health was deteriorated due to the intensity and suddenly the weather changed and the weather changed. It has been beautiful but did not expect rain the weather will be so lovely now the clouds are very high and the chances of more rain are very high and it has been very beautiful weather

Morning

Alhamdulillah, my morning is always with the name of Allah and the recitation of the Holy Quran and I always do my morning in the same way after that, if the weather is good and not too hot, I go for a walk and it's hot, then I take part in other things at home that I have to do in my daily routine. After that, I felt a bit upset, so I had a light breakfast and I told you that I drank milk. Have juice with it because it's smooth and fun and it makes me feel better

We were quite busy all day because I had to sew a frock for my niece, so I spent more time there because I had to finish it. I would have finished first but I was a little late but I tried and after that, they had to cook for me.

AFTERNOON

So today I will tell you guys that I will tell you about my very favorite dish and I will tell you what dish I have eaten today. Love it so much and I'll be the first to tell you what ingredients I used in it

  • PUMPKIN
  • RED PEPPER
  • SALT
  • GREEN PEPPER
  • SPICES
  • GARLIC
  • GINGER
  • TOMATO

First of all, I have washed the meat well and cut it into small pieces. If its size is big, it will not be chewed well and it will not cook well, so to cook it well, we will use a small size so that it will cook well. And I will cut the pumpkin into small sizes

After that, I take a big pan and in the pan I have put the meat and we have also put water in it and along with these things I will also put in it all the things that I want. If required for this dish, I will add garlic, ginger, green chilies, and all the other spices that we want to use, along with the spices that we want to use so that it is done. I will put all those things in it to make it delicious, along with it, I will also add salt, pepper, and turmeric, and along with it, I will add hot spices, and it will take a lot of time to cook. Because this meat is a little hard and it takes a little time to decompose, so a quantity of water is also added to it

And after that, waiting for its water to dry, when it is well cooked, the water will be dry and we will take out a plant and check whether it is well decomposed or not. If it is not digested well, we will put more water in it, but if it is well, then we will teach it to water it well add ghee to the water and roast it well. Roasting will take some time because if it is not roasted well, it will never cook tasty so we will knead it well and add the proper amount of ghee if we feel that the quantity of ghee is less then we can add it in and at the same time we can fry it more

And after that, when it is fried well, we will put pumpkin in it, which is the purpose of this dish of ours, when the meat is cooked, we will put pumpkin in it, and that is We will cook it for some time and when it gets mixed well in the milk and dissolves then we can eat it with hot chapati in our delicious way

NIGHT

And then after having lunch, I went to sleep and when I woke up I rested for a while and after we rested when I woke up I started tutoring the kids. The surf was done and we then when I finished work, I went to work and participated in the work we cooked food but we had lunch a little late so I was not hungry but milk. It is my habit to drink at night so I drank milk at night and then I went to sleep until I drank at night I felt hungry.

Amiga steemians @arinaz08 me ha encantado tus presentaciones de tus menús del día todos se ven deliciosos, y nos compartes la técnica de cortar en piezas pequeñas las calabazas para que se cocinen bien. A igual la técnica de preparación de la carne, su paso a paso bien explicado.
