President Trump's new chief of staff, retired general John Kelly, is being sworn in Monday, and he faces a tough task: transforming a White House in turmoil. NBC national correspondent Peter Alexander reports for TODAY National Security analyst Jeremy Bash tells TODAY that Kelly will be able to succeed if Trump gives him the right to end the chaos in the West Wing.
