Doodle Series #7

My next doodle for the day was also on my arm like the one earlier (bottom arm is my drawing- top arm is a friends design). This time, I think it was a bit more intricate. This took much longer than the other one. I don't know what it is with humanity's fascination with this kind of patternistic style. Many people seem to do it as often as me, and we all do it with such similar styles; regardless where you are on earth. This fascinates me and makes we wonder if there is something in our genetic code that connects us artistically. Humans are good at seeking patterns; not only with shapes but with daily rituals; habits. There must be something deeper there, we're just starting to understand where memory comes from; finding the exact proteins in our DNA that cause memory to exist. Maybe one day we'll discover that about art.
