Herbert Buckingham Khaury, known as Tiny Tim, was an american singer, most of the time ukulele player, and musical archvist.

He is best remembered for his cover hits "tiptoe through the tulips" and "livin' in the sunlight, lovin' in the moonlight" which are sung in a high falsetto/vibrato voice.
