Success Starts with Failure

Many people think that success is for certain people and not for them. In fact, for many success doesn't come easy. Most of the time, it only gives sign after much effort and many failed attempts. The rule is well illustrated by a quote from Winston Churchill:

"Success is to go from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm".

The story of those who won generally goes through some failure (you've seen that list with Oprah, Walt Disney and Steve Jobs), at some or several moments. We learn with their stories that success would never have come to them if they hadn't gone through some hard times. If they didn't keep believing in themselves and their talents. If we understand that failures are only the seeds for our growth and not obstacles in our way, success is only a matter of time.

After waiting in a long line, the young men finally had a minute to ask the master what he wanted to know about success. As he approached, anxious, more eager to make the most of the opportunity, he asked without hesitation:

"Master, what is the secret of success?"
-Two words.
"And, Master, what are they?"
-Right decisions.
"And how can I make the right decisions?"
-A word.
"And, master, what word is that?"
-Experience.
"But master, and how can I gain experience?"
-Two words.
"And, Master, what are they?"
-Wrong Decisions.

"Sometimes, you have to fail to succeed".
