Tonight I went to the gym to do a hypoxic training after work. It has been a while since I last did a hypoxic training.
今夜は、仕事の後、ジムへ行って低酸素トレーニングをしました。久しぶりの低酸素トレーニングです。

In fact, the gym had suspended services for several days at the beginning of this month, because the system trouble disabled the training room to keep the hypoxic condition. And soon after resuming services, the gym had been closed for "Obon" holidays. So when I knew it, I had never done a hypoxic training for more than a month.
実は、今月初め、システムトラブルでトレーニングルームの低酸素状態が維持できなくなったため、数日間、ジムは営業を休止していました。さらに、再開後まもなくして、ジムがお盆休みに入ってしまいました。そんなわけで、気がついたら、1ヶ月以上も低酸素トレーニングに行っていませんでした。

Today I was able to do a hypoxic training favorably, considering a long absence. I just wished I could have increased my heart rate a little more.
今日は、久しぶりにしては順調に低酸素トレーニングができました。ただ、もう少し心拍数を上げることができればもっとよかったと思います。
