Monthly Report of Running 2019-06　ランニング月間レポート2019-06

At the beginning of this month, I caught a terrible cold, so I couldn’t do any workout at all during the first half of this month.
今月の初めにひどい風邪を引いてしまったため、今月前半は全くワークアウトができませんでした。

As a result, I ran only 103 km totally in 6 running workouts in this month. I still have a little pain in my rib bone, and have not yet recovered my running ability which I had before the blank. But I no longer have a coughing spell during running, and I’m coming to be able to run longer distance little by little.
結果的に、今月は6回のワークアウトで103kmしか走れませんでした。肋骨にはまだ痛みがあり、ブランク前の走力もまだ回復していません。しかし、ランニング中に咳きこむことはもうなくなり、少しずつ長い距離を走れるようになっています。

At the end of this month, the rainy season has started in our region. Next month there will be more rainy days, and I will have less chance to do running workout outdoor. But I’d like to plan properly for doing enough workout to get back to what I was before the blank as soon as possible.
今月の終わりには近畿も梅雨入りしました。来月は雨の日が多くなり、外で走れる日は少なくなるでしょう。しかし、十分なワークアウトができるよううまく計画して、一日も早くブランク前の状態に戻したいと思います。
