Europe Introduces Cryptocurrency Exchanges Customer Verification

Stricter regulations for the crypto sector have been favored by the European Parliament, which will require Crypto exchanges and wallet providers to introduce customer due-diligence protocols, including identity verification before offering their services. Crypto service providers will have to seek for registration in order to carry out their functions. The new laws are in accordance with the latest update of the EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive.
