I don’t like it when people lie to me. Though I may not like it for a different reason than your parents didn’t like it when you lied to them in response to their meddlesome questions. They probably just wanted to know what you were up to so they could keep you in line like their little pet. Or they wanted to know what for you needed the banknotes you’d swiped earlier from dad’s wallet...
Just digressing here. And kidding, of course.
I simply don’t like lies because lies are not factual reality. And things tend to go sideways too often whenever people start believing in things that are not really there (flying unicorns anybody?). Still, if you think lying or speaking half-truths is a vocation worthy of pursuit, then why not...
