Being Overwhelmed In Firms

Living in an extroverted world leaves us feeling discontent, disconnected and tortured now and again. The reason for this anguish is that we are expected to conform to these extroversion norms.

Strident, chaotic, unrestricted offices overpower ourselves. We are exhausted from superficial social contacts and being distracted by constant interruptions. There is an end to this pain when introverts self-empower themselves through knowledge, self-care and by settings limits on extroverts' demands.

Valuing Engagement Over Productivity?

Many introverts say that they feel out of place in an extroverted world. It is as if the people around us are moving at a totally different speed. We are expected to continue, but sometimes it isn't possible.

Life is frantic, overscheduled and nerve-racking. It isn't good to point fingers at extroverts for the stress of modern life. There are multiple factors which act upon the world which has formed nowadays. However, there are some aspects that extroverts pioneered.

More Thoughtful Processes

A world controlled by introverts would be completely different. Live would move from performance oriented to real engagement in a few moments. At their peak, these performances would be performance art. This is a talent introverts follow each time they behave as pseudo extroverts. Life would change from marketing yourself to giving yourself to every interaction. Long story short, life would be the opposite to what it is right now.

For Gautama Buddha, this was Nirvana. Nirvana has many different connotations attached to it, and many of them are wrong. It simply means that "cessation" or "extinguishing", as you'd blow out a candle or fire goes out once its fuel is burned out. It isn't some mystical realm of transcendence; it is just the experience of now without our minds tampering our thoughts.
