Believing In The Impossible! 🌎

Our View On Certain Things

If we want something to seem believable, it should be internalised. That said, it isn't enough for a phenomenon to have occured, the event should have already taken place in the person's imagination.

Objectification may also be seen as a product of the mind. If something happens outside of the individual's mind, he will doubt his own senses.

Uncertainty While Faced With "Proof"

On July 20, 1969, the moon landings happened. Many people watched the event unfold on their TVs, but there are many conspiracy theorists who didn't believe the moon landings then, and still refuse to believe they happened now.

Also, if someone belives in something that is very likely, even though he is not able to give evidence for this event and believes it when given contradictory proof, it is useless to try and persuade them otherwise. Objectivity doesn't exist outisde of the mind, and it won't be negated due to external proof.

Shifting Of Probability

If someone changes their mind about something, he isn't going from possibility to impossibility or the other way around, but instead, they are going from one probability to another. Most atheists accept that the existence of God isn't 100% impossible, but very unlikely. On the other hand, people who do believe in God believe that the probability of God not existing is near impossible.

The theist objectifies his belief in God. Instead, he externalises that which exists in his imagination. The atheists, does the opposite, they subjectify their belief in God. He internalises that which is unknown to his own experiences.
