But makeup
Beautifully concealed her pain

Now she's gone
I'm shook
I'm in tears
I have no home
I've lost my treasure
For my smartphone
Has blown away
My home

To know what matters
To know who matters
In that knowledge
Is wisdom
In its understanding
Is smartness

But we've thrown caution
To the wind
We've invested our smartness
In a device
That has made us dumb

The smartphone
What a beautiful device
But its beauty is only pure
When its users
Are smart and wise
