Quite your mind before starting your day
Before you get out of the bed and sleepily reaching for your phone, check your email and messages, take a few minutes to breath and enjoy the morning.
Focus on the sounds, smell of the golden morning. Have a cup of coffee while listen to a mellow music or your favorite one, maybe the sounds of the birds singing. It’s a feeling that the love peacefully lying to you.
Take some time to breathe deeply, to relax and let the beautiful morning it makes you renew.
Smell a fresh flower with a scent that makes you relaxing. Release the tension that that any bad dreams that cause you the day ahead and smile. The often you smile, the happier you’ll be. And you might even live longer. It attracts other positive people to you.
Even if you have a big day and so many tasks to do just start in a peaceful, meditative state that will make your day easier to stay calm and happy throughout the entire day.
