Take a look at my latest creation, a real-time visualization of the current Bitcoin difficulty epoch, and a highly accurate estimate of the next difficulty adjustment. The estimation logic even takes into account the longstanding off-by-one bug in the Bitcoin Core difficulty retargeting code.
