Adobong Pusit ala @arashikawaii
Hello everyone! Today I'm going to share another recipe. I really like eating this kind of food, but I don't have it often at home because my daughter is allergic to it.
I prepared this food one time when my daughter went to my sister's place for a short vacation with her cousin. And since it was only me and my husband that time, I prepared some seafood dish and that is "Adobong Pusit" or Squid Adobo in English.
If you like seafood, I think you have to try out this recipe. This is my own version of this dish!
INGREDIENTS:
- I kg Squid or Pusit
- 5 cloves garlic (sliced or minced)
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- 2 pcs tomato (sliced)
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- salt to taste
- any powdered seasoning (optional)
PROCEDURE:
- Saute garlic, onion and tomato in a wok or pan
- Add the sliced squid. Cook the squid thoroughly.
- Add soy sauce, vinegar and season it with salt and pepper or any powdered seasoning you like
- Wait until the sauce is thickened.
- Serve it to your loved ones!
