The Mysterious Man (1)

Believe me, no one can guess who this man really was when one morning he came into our village coffee shop. He breathes in greetings, he spreads a fraternal smile to all those who look at his in wonder, curious, and also to those who do not really care, as the attitude of the townspeople who do not want their lives to be disturbed about things that have nothing to do with them.
For many years, after people had forgotten the war, when the government no longer cared about the plight of poor peasants, the people were forced to think of their own lives, no one ever came to Bukit Kuta, a remote village that attracted no attention because there was no livelihood other than farming and paddy fields. Rarely are urban peoples crazy, even the villagers here also hate the difficult job of bringing luxury as employees and government officials who can make them rich suddenly by stealing.
So no doubt, the attention of the people was fixed on the man who seemed to come from a distant city. On his back was a backpack that made his appearance look like a student in high school. His body was rather slender, but healthy, visible from his rather muscular shoulders and hands. His appearance is so difficult to guess how old he really is. However, I estimated, he was about thirty, and so it was then told me and the people who questioned him.
