What Will Iran Gain from the Confrontation with the USA?
I'm not sure whether I mentioned before that Quora has lifted the block they imposed on me on their Q & A wiki platform for not praising Israeli war crimes there, instead I was exposing it, after they have shown me their powers.
In one of the previous answers I had there which was upvoted by 8 members, the latest was yesterday, I have answered the following question put by a Quora member: What does Iran hope to gain in threatening, and potentially going to war with the US?
Sharing here what I answered there, as usual in order to preserve these answers in the event Quora moderators decide to delete my account completely:
Maybe you need a geography tip: Iran didn’t go the US borders and threaten the USA, it’s the US troops who crossed half the planet to threaten Iran, not in any way in self-defense, but in creating new opportunities to the Military Industrial Complex in the USA, and those who own it, and also to provide support for Israel to expand in more land-grab from the people of the Levant, the real children of Israel (Jacob).
So your question better be rephrased: What does Iran hope to gain in threatening to defend itself and its people from a US invasion instead of just give up and surrender?
Then the answer will be within your question.

i still have mixed feelings about this. why would iran attack? europe is doing its best to bridge sanctions with INSTEX and is working hard to get it done before deadline, and does not need more things going on. and iran would not attack a US ship cuz they would be all aggressive and drag europe into war because of NATO. all we know currently that the attacker of the japanese ship (not NATO but german and norwegen ship was attacked aswell) were dressed like an irani soldiers and used the same equipment and used sticky mines (while japanese witnesses report flying bombs). we know the holes of the emirates ship was under water (either mine or torpedo) but we know nothing of the damage on the norwegen or german ship like days after this has happened.
