My steem future plans.

Many people have a lot of plans for the steemit blockchain. They are all future expectations that they hope to see happen in the days ahead. I am so much excited to share with steemians my plans for the future. They are certain observations that are required to have an effective impact on all steemains and the progress of the steem ecosystem. If everyone works harder in promoting the work and benefits of steem and steemit, all the many plans that we have will be well accomplished duly.

Let me commend steem team for the great job they have done over the past years. But there is always room to improve and ensure the betterment of the blockchain ecosystem. In view of this, l urge all leaders of the various communities of steem blockchain to help ensure these.

My steem plans.

• Steem escrow/exchange.
  One of the biggest aspirations l have always had is to work harder with community leaders to ensure that, the steemit platform adds features to the community that will enable steemians to make a direct exchange. I am concerned with looking at how the steem platform will allow us to change steem or sbd into a direct wallet of fiat without going through the hustle of transferring money to any exchange site. This means that steemit will control most of the incoming transfers onto the exchange system and monitor activities of transactions that are done each day.

• Benefits for all.
  I understand totally that, the steem blockchain has a group of lucky people who control the system. They seemed to be the early adopters and so were able to accumulate a huge sum of steem making them so powerful. This is so good to know but their actions have a significant effect on the other members who struggle.

These people who own a huge sum of steem have huge steem power that significantly determines what or how much reward should be given to a steemians for content creation. I hope to work so well to ensure that, there is equal share and benefits for all. The power that these stakeholders hold is virtually helping to reward content that benefits them and those around them. It will be a great day to see rewards are evenly distributed to benefit everyone, not to those who have the power to determine who earns.

• Effective Communication.
  One of my plans for steemit in the coming days is to see the blockchain ensuring an effective way of communication. By this l mean that members should have the privilege to communicate effectively to the leaders and the steem team without struggle. It is currently one of the problems many faces. The future must have a feature that enables a direct chat with the prominent members of the ecosystem.

Steemians would have to struggle to find their way on discord before effective communication is reached. This would be a great honor if well achieved in the future of our blockchain journey.

The above information is my personal concern that l hope to see in the future. This in addition to many other plans that steemians have, we certainly will have a better blockchain platform for all to live in. It is still one of the best to be, making things better with these plans of mine will be marvelous. Thanks for passing by.
