DOODH PATI (TEA)

Guys tea is the famous beverage in whole South-Asia including Pakistan ,India &Bangladesh.
When ever any guest come host must ask him for a tea and serve tea .It is basic part of our culture.
Today i share you simple recipe of doodh pati.

INGREDIENTS:

1. MILK.
   
2. Dry TEA leaves
   
   3)sugar.
   
   4)water.
   
   5)Green cardamon.
   

METHOD:
put one cup of milk & small amount of water in pot and boil it.
After milk boil add tea approximately 1 tea spoon and sugar according you taste.
Add cardamon but break it between its center.
Boil it until 2 to 3 min
Serve it in cup & serve it with biscuit or any snake.
