In this tutorial I will explain you how make Cartoon face or Mascots

Let's start on Illustrator 2018

Open Illustrator take you have. Take a new page of size A4 and then the sizes are automatically selected by default. And select the RBG color mode and 300dpi image resolution for best HD Image. Then click the Create button

Now start with pen tool

First take the "pen tool" in the menu and start it. First objective is to make the shirt of it. Start it from the neck.

Now shirt is drawn and filling the color

---

Now 2ND objective to draw neck

Again take the pen tool and start drawing it again

Now Filling the Color in the Neck

---

Now making bones of the neck

Its just makes to look cool and attractive for the neck so that it may look like real

**Now Drawing his face **

Now in same way draw his face simple as you!. It has no restrictions to make such complex. But your art should be enough to look cool

Now filling the face with color and making Eyes

After filling the color. Then take the "Ellipse tool which is known as circle"
Then select the circle that you have created with "Direct Selection tool" and delete it than the half circle is deleted and the half will be remaining as you see in the image then fills the color of eye as normal eye color of the person.

Now making the teeth, lips and smile

First drawing its nose, then its teeth and then its tongue and fill it with red, and then make its open space of the mouth and filled dim red color, and also making its bread filled with black and then its perfectly suit just rotate it and place

Tip! Reduced its original size and then place

Now Making its hairs

Now this is very serious to make its hairs looks cool as normally a person. So make sure you have a clear Idea what you have to make then start it with pen tool

Now the hairs are ready

Now the hairs are okay and look awesome as I thought it looks. Now select it and drag it onto the face and place it and make sure you have to adjust according to you face. Because may be the hairs merge with the eyes or nose if its size is so big

Now your wait is over finally and you Cartoon face or Mascot in complete
