Aloo chicken macaroni samosa
Dough
1kg maida
1tbs salt
1/2 tbs cumin
Oil 1/4 cup
Mix all ingredients kneed hard dough with luke warm water...
Filling
1 macaroni pack boiled
1kg potatos peeled boiled and mashed
1 cup chicken chunks boiled
2 big onions chopped
3 green chillies chopped
Coriander chopped
Chat masala according to your taste
Black paper 1tbs
Salt 2tbs
Cumin 1 tbs

Made small balls with flour dough shape them like samosa fill it with filling bind with water fry on medium flame and serve :)
