The Need for Speed - It Comes with a Cost

The Need for Speed

At the Central Station of Rotterdam city, I came across this French high-speed (TGV) train.
It caught my eye because of the worn-out paint and stickers on its nose.

These trains can reach a cruising speed of above 300 kilometres per hour, I guess high speed has a cost :)
