Empathy builds on self awareness,the more we are open to our own emotions,the better we can understand how another feels. Research has shown that people rarely put their emotions into words,their emotions are expressed through non verbal channels like tone of voice,gesture,facial expression and the likes. The ability to understand another's feeling by reading their non-verbal communications also shows the presence of empathy in a person's life.

I know that it's sad to see STEEM and SBD rates drop to 2 usd. It's when you've 'tasted blood' that you will feel the pinch. When STEEM and SBD was at 6-8usd, everyone was glad, and it began to do a little somersault dive and a dip here and there that people are sadden when banjo gives the market rates.

Writing into my vulnerabilities is where I get my strength. It's a practice I've kept to for most of my life. The only periods when I didn't write were when I was deep inside depression and couldn't tell up from down, let alone the pencil point from its eraser.
