Kaddu Ka soup
Peel potatoes and wash them. Then cut it finely.
Now heat the butter in a pan on the gas and fry the onion in it. When the onion becomes light brown, add potatoes and pumpkin in the pan.
Cover the potatoes and pumpkin over low flame.
After that, add one cup of water and salt in the pan and cook until it gets boiled.

- When the potatoes and pumpkins are well cooked, turn off the gas. Now let it cool down.
Then grind the mixture of pumpkin well into the grinder. - Heat the fried mixer once again.
- Now heat hot pumpkin soup with garnish, serve it with garlic bread.
