Dear community, today I will leave my usual marketing topic, because I need to talk about a part of me that has been transformed by technology and that implies a way of educational marketing.
The most important thing in online education, note that I am not mentioning instruction or training, I use the appropriate adjective because that is how it should be, to educate integrally, is to plan, attend and understand the new environment to be developed, it is vital to know the existing competencies and learning styles in this area and how they can be applied to the student offer. It is a matter of maintaining the motivation and attention of the students, in addition to the instructional objectives that they need to learn for their professional profile
As I have gone through online teaching, a part of my life has changed, I have learned about the most unusual situations that students must go through to connect, how complex a tool or strategy can be if you do not verify that the content is appropriate and the explanation is concise, online education has left a conviction of the existing socioeconomic cracks. Many students do not have access to the Internet or simply do not have the technological tools to access virtual classes and this is a truth that affects the teacher in the same way.
Empathy with the students became fundamental in my classes, I have been in charge of knowing the situation of each young person, where they are and how they live, I have varied the communicational and didactic strategies to make the process accessible, it has been a magnificent discovery because I have been able to develop skills that I thought I did not have, human and technological. Perhaps the most difficult thing has been that those students who came from the classroom, many have found it so difficult that they have decided to withdraw until the classroom returns, I know it sounds underdeveloped in a world where online education is growing, but no doubt this challenge opens new possibilities, to that part of my life that is teaching and that every time I am more committed.

The truth is that continuing with distance learning since last year has been a challenge because of everything you have told us, however, I also consider that we have learned many things and I value those students who have done their best to continue because there are several problems that we are going through in the country, but our commitment continues.
