✅ What medications do you have at home and why?
| Medicines have become a daily necessity for people. It isn't easy to find a house that does not have drugs. My wife has some complex diseases, including physical weakness. I also have medication in my home and various complications, including diabetes. So medicines are first on my house's list of daily necessities. |

✅ What are the most frequently used?
| Metformin, insulin, paracetamol, and levetiracetam are frequently used medications in my household. And paracetamol is widely used to treat respiratory illnesses. I take Metformin twice a day. |

✅ Do you have any experience to tell us about a particular medication?
| My experience with Metformin is quite good. Metformin is a medicine that increases the efficiency of insulin in our bodies. Diabetic patients have low insulin levels, or it does not work correctly. When two incretin hormones called GLP-1 and GIP come out from the intestine and join the alpha and beta cells of our pancreas to produce insulin, and when the insulin wants to enter the cell with the sugar, tIf its quality or where the insulin sits in the cells is damaged, the inability of insulin leads to a rise in sugar. It cannot enter cells, causing abnormally high blood sugar levels. Metformin lowers blood sugar levels by increasing the action of insulin to bring blood sugar into the cells. It should be used with special caution as excess blood sugar can be dangerous and will reduce the taste in the mouth. |

A.Comet - Metformin - I use this medicine to lower blood sugar. I have to take a total of four tablets two times a day. It can never be omitted; my health depends significantly on this drug.
B. Mixtard-30 - This is a hormonal drug. I have to take it daily through injection. It has a regulator meter, so I take insulin up to 8 in the morning and six at night
C. Levefix- levetiracetam . It is a brain drug. This medicine is good for my wife when she has occasional seizures.
D. Aristovit - B. A combination of vitamin B. My wife has to take this medicine daily as she is physically weak and often has trouble walking or talking.
E. Ace- Paracetamol - I take this when my wife or I have a fever, and this medicine is very effective for my wife's migraines.

| Medicines are my daily companion in life. I have to take medicine even if I don't want to. May all my friends be healthy and never have to take medicine. I am ending here with that wish. |

El paracetamol es un buen medicamento para la fiebre y para los dolores qué bueno que lo tienes en casa.
Con ese medicamento he podido bajar fiebres muy altas que con otras medicinas no había podido antes.
Tienes un buen botiquín de primeros auxilios
