This is because we have already heard the information many times before. We have also heard and read it many times and all of this information has become familiar to us.
That is why it's attention that is often taken for granted when we are working. We work on something for a long time, day after day, week after week, month after month and it becomes second nature. At some point it is forgotten and we begin to do our work without taking the time to think about it or just going through the motions. But the Power of Thought is not only about working at home. It is about everything and anything that you do.
Thinking about the things you do not want to do or that you don't like can be the first step toward changing your behavior or thought patterns. If you really want to change your behavior, thoughts and feelings, then you need to learn how to focus on what you want and make sure you focus on that consistently and faithfully for the rest of your life.
