Happiness - Finding Contentment With What You Already Have

Happiness is finding contentment with what you already have. It's about experiencing an internal state of happiness rather than having it look for external reasons to be there.

The words contentment and happiness are almost too similar to sound alike. But actually the two words are different. Contentment has a neutral connotation, whereas happiness does not. What is happiness? So how do you actually find contentment and happiness? It is a combination of two types of happiness. You have inner happiness and eternal happiness.

Inner happiness is obtained by looking at yourself objectively. This is achieved by looking at yourself from the outside. By doing this, you are looking at yourself with the eyes of your inner self, which is your true self. From this point of view, we can see that the person's self is something external to them, which they can change and choose to change. On the other hand, they are still the same person. It is within this state of inner happiness that you can find contentment in whatever situation you may be in.

And because the outer world is always around us, we need to make sure that it never affects us. Looking at the world from the perspective of your inner self gives you this option, which is to have happiness without any external influence.
So how do you find these happy moments? What do you do when your day goes well and you do not experience any negative emotions?

In fact, you can always express your happiness through outward expression. Like for example, if you buy a pair of shoes for a friend and they say that they are really happy with the present, that's a happy moment. If you can do that, then why not do it every time you see your friends.
